Terms and Conditions
Welcome to CryptoAdventure. These Terms and Conditions explain how you may use CryptoAdventure.com, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from readers, contributors, advertisers, sponsors, and partners.
CryptoAdventure publishes crypto news, guides, reviews, research-style explainers, community content, sponsored content, press releases, advertising, affiliate content, and gambling/casino-related informational content. We aim to make those categories clear to readers through labels, disclosures, bylines, dates, and editorial policies.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

- Crypto, DeFi, NFTs, trading, staking, airdrops, casinos, betting, and similar products involve risk. You are responsible for your own decisions.

- Featured, Best Pick, Top Pick, and similar labels are editorial selections based on our testing, research, topic fit, and reader usefulness. They are not automatically tied to the highest numeric score.
- Affiliate links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not guarantee positive coverage.
- Casino and gambling content is for adults only and is not an encouragement to gamble. Please check local law and seek help if gambling is causing harm.

4. No Financial, Investment, Legal, Tax, Gambling, or Professional Advice
All content on CryptoAdventure is for general information and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, trading advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, trade, deposit, gamble, use leverage, join an airdrop, open an account, or use any product or service.
We are not your broker, financial adviser, fiduciary, lawyer, accountant, gambling adviser, or regulated investment adviser. You should not rely on CryptoAdventure content as the main basis for any financial, legal, tax, gambling, trading, or product decision.
Before taking action, do your own research and consider speaking with a qualified professional who understands your personal circumstances, jurisdiction, risk tolerance, and legal obligations.
5. Crypto, Trading, DeFi, NFT, Wallet, Airdrop, and Technology Risks
Cryptocurrency and blockchain-related products involve significant risk. Prices can be extremely volatile. Projects can fail. Smart contracts can be exploited. Wallets can be compromised. Exchanges can freeze withdrawals, become insolvent, restrict users, change terms, or be unavailable in certain countries. Airdrops and rewards campaigns can be cancelled, delayed, changed, or used by scammers to target users.
You are responsible for protecting your own assets, private keys, seed phrases, login credentials, devices, and accounts. Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone, including people claiming to represent CryptoAdventure.
Past performance, historical yield, previous price movement, exchange listings, influencer interest, tokenomics, audits, high review scores, “top pick” labels, or sponsored visibility do not guarantee future results or safety.
6. Casino, Gambling, Betting, and Responsible Gaming Policy
CryptoAdventure may publish informational content about crypto casinos, betting platforms, sportsbooks, gambling tools, casino reviews, gambling bonuses, payment methods, and related topics. This content is intended only for adults who are legally allowed to access gambling-related information in their jurisdiction.
We do not operate a casino, sportsbook, betting platform, lottery, or gambling service. We do not take bets, hold player funds, manage withdrawals, issue gambling accounts, or decide the outcome of gambling activity. Any gambling or casino link on our Site leads to a third-party service with its own terms, restrictions, licenses, rules, risks, and compliance obligations.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to access gambling-related content or services. Some jurisdictions require users to be 21 or older. If gambling is illegal where you live, or if a service is not licensed or available in your jurisdiction, do not use that service.
Do not use VPNs, false identity information, misleading documents, or technical workarounds to bypass local laws, age restrictions, KYC checks, self-exclusion systems, account limitations, or platform terms.
Gambling can cause financial, emotional, relationship, and health harm. It should never be treated as a way to make money, recover losses, pay bills, or solve financial problems. Only gamble if it is legal for you, affordable, voluntary, and controlled. Set limits, take breaks, and stop if gambling stops being entertainment.

7. Editorial Policy
CryptoAdventure aims to publish content that is useful, clear, transparent, and fair to readers. Our editorial standards apply to news, guides, reviews, explainers, community posts we accept, and sponsored content we edit or review for compliance.
Our editorial practices include:
- Using clear titles, dates, bylines, labels, and categories where practical.
- Separating editorial content from advertising, affiliate content, sponsored content, and press releases.
- Reviewing factual claims before publication where possible, especially in news, technical, financial-risk, security, and gambling-related content.
- Using primary or reliable sources where appropriate, including official announcements, regulatory documents, project documentation, public blockchain data, company statements, court/regulator materials, and direct product testing.
- Correcting material errors when identified.
- Avoiding knowingly false, misleading, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Disclosing material commercial relationships through labels, affiliate disclosures, sponsored labels, or other context.
Editorial content may include analysis, opinion, interpretation, predictions, or forward-looking statements. These should not be treated as facts or guarantees.
8. Reviews, Scores, Rankings, Featured Picks, and Best Picks
CryptoAdventure reviews may use scores, labels, badges, rankings, comparison tables, pros and cons, editorial verdicts, or “best for” categories. These tools are designed to help readers compare services, but they are not guarantees of quality, safety, legality, availability, profitability, or suitability for you.
Our review and ranking decisions may consider factors such as security, transparency, fees, supported assets, user experience, customer support, jurisdictional restrictions, product features, reliability, testing experience, licensing information, responsible gambling controls, withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, reputation, and the specific topic of the article.
Scores are one input, not the only input. A service with the highest numeric score will not always be placed first, featured, or labelled “Best Pick.” A lower-scored service may be more suitable for a specific use case, region, reader type, payment method, feature, or topic.
Featured, Best Pick, Top Pick, Editor’s Pick, and similar labels are editorial choices. They are awarded to services we think fit a specific topic or reader need based on our research, trial, testing, available data, and editorial judgment. These labels are not automatically tied to the highest score and are not a guarantee that the service is right for you.
Reviews and rankings can change when new information becomes available, products change, campaigns end, availability changes, compliance issues arise, or our testing and scoring criteria are updated.
9. Sponsored Content, Paid Visibility, and Advertising Policy
CryptoAdventure may accept advertising, sponsorships, sponsored articles, sponsored listings, paid placements, partner campaigns, newsletter sponsorships, banner ads, widgets, affiliate campaigns, and other commercial arrangements.
Sponsored content is always marked as sponsored, advertisement, partner content, promoted, press release, or another clear label. We do not intend for readers to confuse paid promotional material with independent editorial content.
Sponsored visibility may affect placement during a campaign. A sponsor may buy a highly visible position, such as a top placement in an article, table, list, widget, newsletter, or campaign area. That paid visibility may place a service above other services while the campaign is active.
Sponsored visibility does not influence our editorial process, review score, factual testing notes, pros and cons, or editorial verdict. A sponsor cannot buy a better score, hide material risks, remove legitimate criticism, or prevent corrections.
When a sponsored position or paid visibility campaign ends, the service may be moved, removed, or placed according to its current editorial score, testing results, relevance, topic fit, availability, legal/access considerations, and our editorial judgment.
We may reject, edit, remove, or relabel advertising or sponsored material that we consider misleading, unsafe, unlawful, low quality, excessively promotional, incompatible with our policies, or harmful to readers.
Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, compliance, claims, offers, landing pages, bonus terms, restrictions, and user eligibility requirements of their products and campaigns.
10. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on CryptoAdventure are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and sign up, buy, deposit, subscribe, trade, or otherwise interact with a third-party service, CryptoAdventure may earn a commission, referral fee, revenue share, or other compensation at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships help support our work, but they do not guarantee positive coverage, top placement, a higher score, a “Best Pick” label, or a favorable verdict. We aim to disclose affiliate relationships through page disclosures, link handling, labels, or contextual notices where practical.
Paid, sponsored, affiliate, or advertising links may use attributes such as rel="sponsored", rel="nofollow", or similar technical labels.
11. Press Releases and As-Is Third-Party Announcements
Press releases are provided by clients, projects, agencies, partners, or other third parties. They are published on an as-is basis and are marked accordingly.
A press release is not the same as independent editorial reporting. CryptoAdventure does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, quality, performance, safety, future results, or claims made in a press release. The named issuer or provider of the press release is responsible for its claims, statements, links, images, offers, trademarks, compliance, and supporting evidence.
We may decline, edit, add disclaimers to, remove links from, noindex, relabel, or remove press releases if we believe they are misleading, unsafe, unlawful, unsupported, spam-like, low quality, or not aligned with our standards.
12. Community, Contributor, Guest Post, and User-Submitted Content
CryptoAdventure may allow community posts, guest posts, contributor articles, sponsored submissions, project announcements, comments, profiles, or other user-submitted content. Submission does not guarantee publication.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that it does not infringe third-party rights, and that it does not contain unlawful, hateful, deceptive, malicious, plagiarized, or harmful material.
We may edit, reject, relabel, remove, noindex, or update submitted content at our discretion. We may also add disclosures, remove links, mark links as ugc, nofollow, or sponsored, or refuse publication without providing detailed feedback.
Contributors, advertisers, and community submitters must disclose conflicts of interest, paid relationships, token holdings, employment, agency relationships, sponsorships, or other material connections related to the submitted content.
13. AI Use Policy
CryptoAdventure may use AI tools to support editorial workflows, mainly for proofreading, grammar checks, formatting assistance, headline drafting, summarization support, research organization, translation support, image generation, image editing, and production efficiency.
AI tools are not treated as a final authority. Human editors, writers, or reviewers remain responsible for editorial judgment, publication decisions, corrections, and policy compliance.
We do not knowingly publish AI-generated material as verified fact without human review. For news, technical explainers, financial-risk topics, security topics, casino/gambling topics, and reviews, factual claims should be checked against reliable sources, direct testing, official statements, or other appropriate evidence where practical.
AI-generated or AI-assisted images may be used for illustration, thumbnails, concepts, or visual support. Such images should not be presented as documentary photographs, real screenshots, or evidence of real events unless that is accurate. We aim to avoid image use that misleads readers about real people, real events, market data, products, or outcomes.
14. Corrections Policy
We aim to correct material factual errors when we become aware of them. If you believe an article contains an error, email hello@cryptoadventure.com or use the contact form on our website.
Please include:
- the article URL;
- the specific statement you believe is incorrect;
- the correction you request;
- supporting evidence, official sources, documents, screenshots, or context where available;
- your name, organization, and relationship to the topic, if relevant.
We may update an article, add context, correct a typo, add a correction note, change a headline, update a date, remove unsupported claims, or decide that no change is needed. Minor spelling, grammar, formatting, or style edits may be made without a public correction note. Material corrections may be noted in the article where appropriate.

You may manage cookies through our cookie banner, cookie preferences tool, browser settings, device settings, or third-party opt-out tools where available. If you disable some cookies, parts of the Site may not work properly.
Third-party services may set their own cookies and process data according to their own policies. CryptoAdventure does not control all third-party cookies after you leave our Site or interact with embedded third-party features.

16. Privacy
Our collection, use, and handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of your relationship with CryptoAdventure. Please review it together with these Terms.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, identity documents, or confidential business information to CryptoAdventure unless we specifically request it through a secure and appropriate process.
17. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:
- violate any law, regulation, third-party right, platform rule, or these Terms;
- submit false, misleading, plagiarized, defamatory, hateful, violent, abusive, malicious, or unlawful content;
- promote scams, malware, phishing, rug pulls, fake investment schemes, illegal gambling, market manipulation, wash trading, pump-and-dump activity, or deceptive financial claims;
- impersonate another person, company, regulator, exchange, project, journalist, or CryptoAdventure representative;
- attempt to access accounts, systems, content management tools, servers, data, or restricted areas without permission;
- scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without permission where permission is required;
- use bots, automation, spam, or excessive requests in a way that harms Site performance or user experience.
We may block access, remove content, reject submissions, disable accounts, report abuse, or take other action when we believe these rules have been violated.
18. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site, brand, logo, design, layout, articles, graphics, images, reviews, tables, databases, code, text, and other content are owned by CryptoAdventure, licensed to CryptoAdventure, or used with permission.
You may read, share links to, and quote limited excerpts of our content with proper credit and a link back to the original page, where allowed by law. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, syndicate, sell, translate, republish, or use substantial parts of our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Third-party trademarks, logos, product names, and brand names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on CryptoAdventure does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
19. Third-Party Links, Products, and Services
CryptoAdventure links to third-party websites, products, exchanges, wallets, casinos, sportsbooks, apps, tokens, tools, social profiles, documents, affiliate offers, and advertiser landing pages. These links are provided for convenience, context, reference, advertising, affiliate tracking, or reader navigation.
We do not control third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their accuracy, security, uptime, privacy practices, KYC procedures, fees, availability, legality, withdrawals, solvency, smart contracts, custody, gambling outcomes, bonus terms, customer support, or user losses.
Before using any third-party service, review its terms, fees, risks, restrictions, privacy policy, license status, user reviews, security practices, and local legal availability.
20. Payments, Advertising Orders, Sponsored Campaigns, and Refunds
CryptoAdventure may sell advertising, sponsored content, listings, campaigns, publishing services, promotional services, newsletters, content services, or other commercial services. Specific commercial terms may be set out in an invoice, order form, insertion order, email agreement, or separate written agreement.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise:
- payment does not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, token price movement, investor interest, user deposits, backlinks from third parties, social engagement, or Google visibility;
- we may reject, edit, delay, relabel, noindex, or remove material that violates our standards or applicable law;
- sponsored content and press releases may be marked with clear labels and link attributes;
- campaign dates, placements, and deliverables depend on availability and the agreed package;
- refund eligibility depends on the specific agreement, campaign status, publication status, and work already completed.
Advertisers, sponsors, agencies, and clients are responsible for ensuring that their products, claims, creatives, websites, licenses, offers, promotions, and landing pages comply with applicable law and platform rules.
21. Availability, Security, and Site Changes
We try to keep the Site available, secure, and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, immediate updates, or complete security. The Site may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, attacks, hosting problems, third-party service failures, or events outside our control.
We may change, remove, update, redirect, consolidate, archive, noindex, or restrict content at any time, including for quality, legal, editorial, compliance, security, performance, or business reasons.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoAdventure disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and security.
We do not warrant that any content, score, review, ranking, guide, ad, affiliate offer, press release, sponsor claim, third-party link, price data, market data, or user submission is accurate, complete, current, legal in your jurisdiction, suitable for your needs, or free from error.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoAdventure and its owners, directors, officers, employees, editors, writers, contributors, contractors, affiliates, partners, advertisers, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of funds, loss of crypto assets, lost profits, lost data, account closures, trading losses, gambling losses, missed opportunities, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or third-party services.
Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using the Site.
24. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CryptoAdventure, Block Adventure SRL, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, editors, writers, contributors, contractors, affiliates, partners, advertisers, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, your submitted content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your infringement of rights, your advertising or sponsored material, or your use of third-party services linked from the Site.
25. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection or other applicable law provides otherwise. Courts located in Romania will have jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at hello@cryptoadventure.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
26. Severability, Waiver, and Assignment
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights or obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, transfer of the Site, or similar business change.
27. Why Trust CryptoAdventure
Trust matters, especially in crypto, finance-adjacent topics, security topics, and gambling-related content. We work to earn reader trust by using visible bylines, update dates, disclosures, labels, editorial review, source-based reporting, product testing where practical, correction channels, and separation between editorial judgment and commercial relationships.
We are transparent that CryptoAdventure earns money from advertising, sponsored content, affiliate relationships, and commercial partnerships. We are also clear that these relationships do not allow sponsors to buy a better score, remove legitimate criticism, prevent corrections, or hide material risks from readers.
Readers can challenge our content, report errors, question rankings, or request clarification by emailing hello@cryptoadventure.com.
